A helping hand
BACK IN
THE GAME.
Answers to the questions that can get between you and your next at-bat.
How do I play Baseball Strike?
Open the game in a current desktop or mobile browser. On mobile, rotate to landscape. Click, tap or press Space to swing as the pitch reaches the plate. You control your batter; the rest of the lineup is simulated.
Where is my game progress saved?
The current game keeps its save in this browser on the game's domain. Clearing site data, using private browsing, switching browsers or moving to another device can leave you without that local save. Moving from localhost to the public game domain also creates a separate save location. Signed-in play syncs to your account when the service is available. Guest saves remain separate, and are not automatically copied into a website account.
Are diamonds or player purchases charging me?
No. Diamond purchases are currently disabled. Existing diamonds can still be used in the game. No card details or real payments are collected.
Can I sign in with Google or Apple?
Google sign-in is available when enabled in the website account portal. Email accounts require configured email delivery. Apple and mobile sign-in are not connected. You can also play as a guest.
The game is blank or won't load. What should I try?
Use a browser with WebGL support, reload the page and allow the initial game files to download. On mobile, use landscape orientation. Avoid clearing site data while troubleshooting if you want to keep your local save.
How do I change music or my character?
Open Settings for the two-track music rotation, umpire-call volume and display options. Open My Player for your name, appearance, equipment and team controls. See the audio credits for recording sources.
